Evelyn Kerschbaumer

Evelyn and Maximilian, born in Bolzano (Italy), discovered their passion for music at a young age. Guided by an incredible musical affinity and a deep artistic connection, they formed a piano and violin duo for chamber music that captivated audiences with their captivating and fascinating performances.

Evelyn, a passionate pianist since childhood, demonstrated extraordinary talent in handling the piano. Under the guidance of renowned teachers and driven by an insatiable curiosity for music, she earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with honors. Continuing her musical development, she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree under the tutelage of Maestro Cristiano Burato at the “Claudio Monteverdi” Conservatory in Bolzano.

Maximilian showed exceptional talent for the violin from an early age. He refined his technique and musical sensitivity under the guidance of internationally acclaimed teachers, earning recognition for his outstanding performances, particularly in the realm of chamber music. He is in the final stages of his studies at the “Claudio Monteverdi” Conservatory in Bolzano under the direction of Marco Bronzi and continues to grow as a professional musician.

The duo “Parola – Kerschbaumer” has performed in numerous concerts, captivating audiences with their intense and passionate interpretations. Their deep mutual understanding and musical connection convey profound emotions through their music, taking listeners on a unique musical journey. In April 2023, they won the second prize at the 16th edition of the “Concorso Nazionale di Esecuzione Musicale Città Piove di Sacco” (National Competition for Musical Performances in the city of Piove di Sacco).

The duo’s repertoire encompasses classical works to contemporary compositions, exploring a variety of musical styles and eras. Through their versatility and interpretive skills, they succeed in capturing the emotional nuances of each piece, creating unforgettable musical experiences for the audience.
